weekend in PA

Went up to visit the folks this weekend. Got a ride in my cousins ’67 vw bus to Wilson College for some night time disc golf (in which he crushed me). Learned all about cigarbox guitars. Then up early to dig our 10 holes with the skid loader, put the tube in for pouring concrete, mix the concrete and fill the holes back up. Then set the L bolts. After that it was steak dinner, and Grandma’s potato salad, and then off to BlueGrass on the Grass at dickenson college! 4 hours of live bluegrass and so epic rounds of kan jam. back to the ranch for backyard fires and guitars. Church on sunday. burgers for lunch, ‘cleaning up’ all the discs in the yard, and then naps while watching disc golf on TV. Then back to chambersburg to drop off a cigar box and an impromtu family reunion to send cousin Jordan off to Pittsburgh. team green wins an intense bocce ball match. Finally home to facetime with the wife and baby while they’re having their own adventures down in NC. Also I love summer weekends
